The 10-ton insulated furnace gas boiler is a highly efficient, fully automatic water tube boiler specially designed for burning biomass gas. Fully automatic biomass gas (insulated furnace) water tube boiler, double drum design. This boiler combines a fully automatic control system with biomass gas combustion technology, with high efficiency and good environmental performance. The boiler is capable of producing 10 tons of steam per hour and is suitable for medium-sized industrial applications or large-scale heating systems. The boiler is equipped with an automation system that can automatically adjust the fuel supply according to actual needs, thereby optimizing combustion efficiency and boiler operation performance. The use of micro-negative pressure combustion technology helps to improve combustion efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions while ensuring the stability and safety of the combustion process. The boiler needs to be connected to a 380-volt, 50 Hz power supply, which meets the general industrial power supply standards. The boiler is designed for a fully automatic operation mode, which can realize automatic start-up, operation, adjustment and shutdown, reduce manual operation, and improve the operation efficiency and reliability of the system. The boiler adopts an insulated furnace design, which effectively reduces heat loss and improves thermal efficiency. Insulation materials can maintain high temperatures inside the furnace while reducing external heat loss, improving the overall energy efficiency of the boiler.
