The specific process is as follows:
The flue gas enters the SCR reactor after passing through the boiler or combustion equipment;
Ammonia or urea solution is sprayed in front of the catalyst layer;
Nitrogen oxides and ammonia react chemically on the catalyst surface and are converted into nitrogen and water vapor;
The purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
The whole process is carried out in a temperature range of about 300℃ to 400℃ to ensure that the catalyst activity and reaction efficiency are in the best state.
